Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber have developed this website in conjunction with their education providers. The website is designed to improve access to funded Specialist Skills and Post Registration Development course information and to promote the variety of courses available across the region. Please use the filters below to access the courses of interest to you. Please click here to access the eligibility criteria for access to funded courses and also contacts for individual queries.

If you check the "Exact keywords" box, then only whole words will be matched against your terms, for example your if you search for "mental", then courses with "fundamental" in the title will not be included in your results.

  • University/College Based: Learning takes place at a university or college. Attendance may be weekly, or in blocks of days.
  • Work Based: The majority of learning takes place in the workplace. This may be complemented by some attendance at the university or college to learn underpinning academic theory and share best practice.
  • Distance Learning: Teaching takes place through a mixture of print and electronic methods. Contact with students and staff is generally through telephone, email and web-based discussion. There may be short periods of time during the learning period where attendance at the university or college is required.
